LUDA SMOTKIN arrived in the Unites States from St. Petersburg, Russia in 1980. She, her husband Alex and daughter Rita settled in Brighton Beach where they continue to reside. Rita completed her medical studies in the spring of 2001 and returned to Brooklyn to begin her residency at Mamomedies Medical Center.
Since obtaining her real estate license in 1990, Luda has worked as a full time agent at Bright Horizons. Her mastery of both English and Russian enables her to work well with all people. Luda is a real people person, and enjoys working with people, who have little or no money down, but have a credit history and a strong desire to own a home. She has sold many homes in Canarsie, Old Mill Basin, Georgetown and Marine Park and has a full knowledge of property values and homes available. Her commitment to her customers and clients endears them to her long after they have moved into their new homes. She often receives referrals from her satisfies customers, Luda belongs to the Brooklyn Board of Realtors, NYSAR and The National Association of Realtors.
